في عام 2002 انتشرت رساله مريبه من هاتف خلوي مجهول في جميع انحاء اليابان بها عناوين القطارات والزمن المحدد لركوبها . تجمع الكثير من الأطفال عند آخر محطه للقطار ولكن لم يصعد إلى القطار إلى خمسه ابطال فقط وهم اسامه - عامر - جميل - ميمي - رامي فتنطلق القطارات مسرعة ألى المكان المجهول ..!

Takuya Kanbara, Koji Minamoto, J.P. Shibayama, Zoe Orimoto, Tommy Himi, Bokomon, Neemon ride a Trailmon (Ball) through a desert when they get caught in a battle between human and beast Digimon. It is interrupted by the Lost Island, an island trapped between dimensions, crashing down between them and scooping all involved up.

Plot

When the evil Murmuxmon tricks the Human-type Digimon and the Beast-type Digimon on the Wandering Island into going to war, it's up to the Legendary Warriors to show the Human-type Digimon and the Beast-type Digimon how to get along.
