يتحول عشاء خارج المنزل بأعجوبة إلى معركة من أجل بقاء الجنس البشري، حيث يحضر فيلق من الملائكة لإنهاء العالم، ويصبح أمل البشر متركزًا في مجموعة من الغرباء المُحاصرين بقاعة العشاء برفقة رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل (بول بيتاني).
