شابان مرتبطان، "(سيدني سويني) و(جاستيس سميث)"، وجدا نفسيهما مهتمين بالحياة الجنسية لجاريهما عبر الشارع، "(بين هاردي) و(ناتاشا ليو بورديتسو)". ما بدأ كفضول بريء تحوّل إلى هوس مرضي، بعد اكتشافهما أن أحد الجارين يخون شريكه. الإغراء والشهوة جعلا حياتهم تتشابك معاً مما أدّى إلى عواقب مميتة.

When Pippa and Thomas move into their dream apartment, they notice that their windows look directly into the apartment opposite – inviting them to witness the volatile relationship of the attractive couple across the street.
