تحكي القصة عن المأمور وودي الذي يتعرض للإصابة كلعبة في بداية الفيلم فيتم ركنه على الرفّ ويجد صديقة القديم المريض بسبب الركنة ولما يحاول إنقاذه من البيع كروبابيكيا يقوم أحد المتجولين في معرض الروبابيكيا بسرقة المأمور وودي لأغراض ربحية وتدور القصة بعد ذلك حول محاولة أصدقاء المأمور وودي بقيادة باز يطير لاسترجاع صديقهم وإنقاذه إلى أنهم يجدوا الكثير من المفاجآت ولكنهم يعدوا في نهاية الفيلم وقد انضم إليهم صديقين جدد.

Andy heads off to Cowboy Camp, leaving his toys to their own devices. Things shift into high gear when an obsessive toy collector named Al McWhiggen, owner of Al's Toy Barn kidnaps Woody. Andy's toys mount a daring rescue mission, Buzz Lightyear meets his match and Woody has to decide where he and his heart truly belong.

Plot

When Woody is stolen by a toy collector, Buzz and his friends set out on a rescue mission to save Woody before he becomes a museum toy property with his roundup gang Jessie, Prospector, and Bullseye.
