قبـــل 26 سنة ، فتاة اسمها ” ميســـاكي ” كانت لها شعبيّة بالمدرسة والطّلاب كانوا يحبّونها جداً ، فجأة تموت ، فيقرّر زملاءها في الصّف أن يتصرّفوا كأنّــها لم تمت بعد ! وفي ربيع عام 1998 ، فتى يدعى ” كويـــتشي ” ينتقل لهذه المدرسة وإلى هذا الصّف الذي كانت تدرس فيه ” ميســــاكي ” حيث يلاحـــظ فتاة جميلةً تجلس وحيدةً ، وتضع ضمادة على عينها اليسرى .
When Kouichi arrives at his new school, he immediately senses something frightening in the atmosphere of his new class, something that no student wants to talk about and that seems to be related to a mysterious and silent girl.
Season 1
Kouichi Sakakibara finds himself in a cursed middle school class, Class 3-3, where students mysteriously die in a series of accidents. He becomes close to the mysterious Mei Misaki, who he is the only one to see, and they work together to uncover the secret behind the curse before the body count rises any further. The season explores the origins of the curse and the strange countermeasures Class 3-3 takes, leading to a deadly conclusion.

Kouichi Sakakibara has just arrived in Yomiyama, and he's already hospitalized with a collapsed lung. After joining the local middle school almost a month late, he becomes friends with someone he met while in the hospital — a quiet girl with an eye patch.
