Overview

Plot

Kohei Kuryu is a former juvenile delinquent. After passing the law board exams, Kuryu becomes a prosecutor who possesses quick instincts and a kind of cleverness that only someone raised on the streets could have.

Kuryu Kohei is a young prosecutor who gets transferred to a division in Tokyo from Aomori. Unlike a typical prosecutor, he takes his cases seriously in a non-serious way. Together with his paralegal, Amamiya Maiko, they crack cases with his unconventional ways. Although earning a reputation as a bad apple, the influence from Kuryu's strong pursuit of justice slowly begins to change things around him.

Upon his transfer, he is immediately put in charge of a corruption case involving a congressman and an underwear theft. His new colleagues do not seem to put their trust in him because of his nonchalant attitude. A rumor seems to be going around the office involving Amamiya, Chief, and Egami.
