Overview
In a post-apocalyptic world, Jovan embarks on a dangerous quest to find his sister, kidnapped by a traitor named The Foreigner, who betrayed their village. Along the way, he meets Anđelija, a fierce and mysterious young woman who captures his heart. Guided by her, Jovan battles ruthless enemies with an ancient sword, cutting his way to The City.
Season 1
A blind old man travels through the desert with the help of a boy-guide. The two of them come across an inn where a guslar (a minstrel) is singing songs from Son's Will to the four bandits. They know certain details from those songs, but they think they are just legends made up by people. In order to find out the truth, they force a guslar to sing songs for them....
The Marriage of Jovan of the Grainfolk
Jovan of the Grainfolk is captured and forced to participate in the kidnapping of a bride from a wedding. When things go the way he didn't expect, Jovan must find the answer to the question: how can something good grow in a world where only evil exists?
