Plot
This is a world where killing and torture are legalized. Sero, a part-time worker at a torture company, enjoys torturing people every day with his senior colleague, Siu.

His reward is time spent smoking cigarettes alongside his dependable senpai Shiu. And just when they were struggling with a shortage of manpower, two new employees, Mike and Hyuu, arrive.
